The standards we follow

• Avoiding auto-playing audio (our hero video is silent and visual only)
• Using clear, descriptive link text rather than vague phrases like “click here”
• Working to maintain logical heading structure that supports screen reader navigation

Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with current and recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. We also aim for compatibility with common assistive technologies:

• Screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (iOS and Mac), and TalkBack (Android)
• Browser zoom and magnification tools
• Speech recognition software
• Keyboard-only navigation

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content on dulaydental.com may have accessibility limitations. We disclose these openly so you can plan around them or contact us for an alternative:

• Third-party content. Some embedded content — such as Google Maps and our virtual consultation form — is provided by outside vendors whose accessibility we cannot fully control. We choose vendors who prioritize accessibility wherever possible.
• Patient form PDFs. Downloadable forms may not be fully tagged for screen readers. If you need an accessible version of any form, contact our office and we will provide an alternative format.
• Image carousels. Our Smile Gallery and similar slideshows may not announce every slide change consistently across all assistive technologies. We are working on improvements.
