What This Plan Is — and Isn't
The Dulay Dental Membership Plan is an in-house membership plan offered directly by Dr. Rajvinder Dulay and the team at Dr. Dulay & Associates P.A. It is not dental insurance — and it does not function like insurance in any way.
There are no claims to file, no networks to navigate, no annual maximums to hit, and no deductibles to satisfy before coverage kicks in. You pay one annual fee, we provide the included services, and your discount applies immediately to any additional treatment you need — from the moment you enroll.
This plan is valid only at Dr. Dulay & Associates P.A. It cannot be transferred to another practice or used at any other provider.

Discount exclusions: The 15% treatment discount excludes dental products, outside lab fees where applicable, specialty referrals, and services already discounted or financed unless otherwise approved by the office.
Important: Membership discounts cannot be combined with insurance benefits, other discounts, promotions, or third-party financing unless approved by the office. Fluoride treatments are not included in any plan and are available at standard fees. All plans are annual, non-transferable, and valid only at Dr. Dulay & Associates P.A.

Is this dental insurance?
No. The Dulay Dental Membership Plan is an in-house membership plan offered directly by Dr. Dulay & Associates P.A. It is not insurance and does not function like insurance. There are no claims, no networks, no deductibles, and no annual maximums. You pay one fee, we provide the included services.
Can I use this plan alongside my existing insurance?
If you have insurance that provides partial coverage, you may still enroll in the plan — but the membership discount cannot be combined with insurance benefits on the same service. We'll walk through what makes sense for your specific situation before you enroll.
When does the plan start?
Immediately upon payment. Your included services and 15% discount are active from day one — no waiting period.
What happens if I don't use all my visits?
Unused visits do not roll over. The plan year runs 12 months from your enrollment date. We'll send you reminders to make sure you get the full value of your plan — that's the whole point of having it.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Plans are paid annually. If you need flexible payment options for a periodontal maintenance plan, ask our office what options are currently available.
What is the cancellation policy?
Membership fees are non-refundable once included services have been used. If you have questions about cancellation before using services, please call our office.
Does fluoride count as a covered service?
No. Fluoride treatments are not included in any plan tier. They are available at standard fees. If you or your child would benefit from fluoride — and we'll tell you if we think so — it's a separate, low-cost add-on.
Why is the child plan only for children under 16?
By age 16, most patients have all their permanent teeth in place and transition to the same preventive needs as adults. The child plan is designed around the specific schedule and scope of care appropriate for younger patients. Patients 16 and older enroll in the Regular Plan.

The Wellness Plan covers your preventive care. For restorative or cosmetic treatment, we offer flexible financing through Sunbit and Cherry — so you can move forward with the care you need without paying everything upfront.
